How do I schedule an appointment?

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur any charges. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee.
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and online payment options (bank transfers). We do not accept cash.
We cover Kettering and nearby areas. As our service is fully remote we come to your preferred location for detailing.
We provide mobile detailing services wherever your car is located, whether at your home, workplace, or any other convenient location within our covered areas.
We recommend booking your appointment in advance, especially during peak seasons. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
Yes, we can coordinate with local dealerships to prepare your new car before you collect it, ensuring it’s perfectly detailed and ready on collection day.
Our subscription packages offer year-long peace of mind with direct debits taken each month, spreading the cost of the service offered.
Are your detailing products environmentally friendly?
Yes, we prioritise using environmentally friendly detailing products whenever possible to minimise our impact on the environment.
Yes, we use only the highest quality detailing products that are safe for all types of vehicle finishes.
All we require is access to an outdoor tap and power to carry out your detailing.
What are the different vehicle categories at Next Level Finish?

At Next Level Finish, we categorize vehicles into five series:

  • City Series: Very small cars.
  • Compact Series: Includes hatchbacks, small 4x4s, small sports cars and small coupes
  • Grand Touring Series: Features medium-sized vehicles, including hatchbacks, saloons, sports cars, coupes, medium 4x4s, small compact vans
  • Adventure Series: Comprises larger 4x4s, SUVs, lager salons and medium vans.
  • Titan Series: Encompasses large 4x4s, pickups, people carriers, and large vans.

Yes, our detailing times can vary based on several factors, including vehicle size, materials, and complexity. For instance, vehicles with more seats or intricate paintwork may require additional time to ensure a thorough detailing process. We use only the highest quality detailing products that are safe for all types of vehicle finishes.

Each vehicle category has a designated timeframe for detailing. This helps our detailers manage their schedules efficiently while ensuring quality service. If you have a vehicle with specific requirements, we can provide an estimated timeframe based on its category.

What is the Prime Finish Detail Service?
This service is perfect for customers who regularly maintain their vehicle every month or bi-weekly and need a quick refresh to keep it in prime condition.

We recommend booking the Prime Finish regularly, typically every month or every other week.

Yes, we can professionally wash and wax PPF as part of our detailing services using safe, pH-neutral products.
Yes, all our coatings can be applied outdoors, but the vehicle must not be driven for the first 4 hours, and it should not be washed for the first 7 days after application.
